What’s your minimum engagement term for fractional CFO services?
We recommend a minimum six-month engagement to see meaningful results. The first 1–2 months are spent building and implementing your complete financial system. The next 3–4 months allow us to observe trends, adjust forecasts, and measure impact. We also offer a three-month retainer for early-stage clients.
Do you work with pre-revenue startups?
Yes. We frequently work with pre-revenue or early-stage startups, especially in SaaS and GenAI sectors. Our pricing is startup-friendly, offering both monthly retainers and one-time engagements with no revenue floor.
What’s included in your fundraising support?
Our fundraising support includes financial modeling, investor materials (pitch deck, investor memo), founder coaching, investor list building, and optional outreach and call coordination. This is offered as a standalone service separate from our CFO engagements.
Do you join investor meetings or take part in calls?
No, we don't join calls directly. We focus on training you—the founder—to present confidently, handle objections, and secure investor interest.
Do you offer a trial before engagement?
We don’t offer trials, but we do provide a free business audit session. This helps identify financial gaps, outline how we’ll help, and explain the outcomes you can expect.
What if I already have a bookkeeper or accountant?
We can work with your current finance team and guide them on best practices. If they’re not following standard methods, we can’t fully guarantee forecast accuracy. For full control, we recommend using a bookkeeper from our side.
What tools do you use? Do you support Google Sheets?
We primarily use Microsoft Excel due to its flexibility. We don’t recommend Google Sheets for core modeling due to formula and performance limitations.
