At IH Capital & Research, we are committed to clarity and transparency in our billing practices. Please review our refund policy below:
General Refund Policy
We operate a no-refund policy on all our services and deliverables, including but not limited to:
- One-on-one consulting sessions
- Completed financial models
- Advisory or strategy documentation
Exception for Subscription Errors
A refund will only be issued under the following condition:
- The client was charged for the upcoming month through Stripe subscription but had officially notified us to discontinue the service. In such a case, a full refund for the unintended charge will be provided, given that:
- The client contacts us within 7 days of the charge.
- The cancellation request had been communicated but not processed in time.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund under the above conditions, please email us at contact@ihcapitalandresearch.com with the subject line “Refund Request”, including your name, company name, billing date, and reason for the request.
Processing Fees & Guarantee
- We do not charge any processing or cancellation fees for valid refund requests.
- We do not offer any satisfaction guarantee or partial refunds.
