Imran founded IH Capital & Research after years of observing the same pattern: founder-led businesses growing fast, but with financial infrastructure that had not kept pace. Numbers that confused rather than clarified. Decisions made on instinct rather than evidence.
Imran's career spans $900M+ across fund management, M&A advisory, and fractional CFO partnerships. Through IH Capital & Research, that experience translates into $100M+ in client capital supported through FP&A and fundraising readiness, and $400M+ in M&A due diligence work.
