Assessment
A structured diagnostic of your current financial infrastructure. We review your existing models, financial statements, reporting, and KPI tracking. We map what you have against what you need and identify the gaps, risks, and highest-leverage opportunities.
The assessment output is a plain-language brief. Not a presentation designed to justify the engagement. A clear picture of where your finances stand and what needs to be built first.
Build
We build the research-grade financial infrastructure your business needs. This could be a three-statement model, a capital efficiency strategy, an investor-ready package, or a KPI framework. Whatever the assessment identified as the highest priority, we build it first.
Every output is documented. Every assumption is recorded. Every output is walked through with you so you understand it, can interrogate it, and can use it independently if needed. We do not create dependency. We create capability.
Partner
The build is where we deliver the asset. The partnership is where we deliver the value. Once the financial infrastructure is in place, we work with you on a monthly retainer to keep it current, apply it to decisions as they arise, and evolve it as your business changes.

How long before you reach capacity?
We are selective about the clients we take on. When we are at capacity, we are transparent about it. If you want to know current availability, book a discovery call and we will tell you directly.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on scope and engagement structure. As a benchmark: 2 to 3x lower than the cost of a full-time CFO hire at equivalent experience level. We discuss pricing openly in the discovery call. No hidden costs, no scope creep billing.
How long is the minimum engagement?
Project-based work (a specific model or investor-ready package) can be scoped for a defined period. The ongoing partnership model requires a 3-month initial commitment. We build deep context in those first months that drives the compounding value of the engagement.
Do I need to be based in the UK?
No. We work with tech founders globally. All engagements are conducted remotely via Zoom. Time zone alignment is a practical consideration we work through on a case-by-case basis.
What if I am not a tech business?
Our primary focus is tech founders. We also work with owner-operated marketing agencies and digital services businesses. Outside of those categories, we refer to advisors better suited to your sector. We would rather refer you to the right person than take an engagement we cannot serve at depth.
